As a Seventh-day Adventist institution, ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ has promoted a vegetarian diet for over a century. During this time numerous scientific findings have confirmed a vegetarian diet lowers the risk of many chronic conditions and can improve your health. Therefore, we promote a lacto-ovo vegetarian (vegetable, eggs, dairy and no meat) diet in our dinning areas and catering department. ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ Dining Services offers four dinning locations for faculty, staff, and students. Each location features a variety of options for breakfast and lunch including, chef’s stations, salad bars, and grab-and-go fixtures.
Current ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ Students can show their ID badge for a 10% discount at any ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ dining facility.
Councilors Student Pavilion Café (CSP)
The Councilors Student Pavilion, located at the corner of Mound and Anderson streets, has been serving students, ²ÝÁñÊÓƵH employees, and the public since the early 1950s. CSP offers a lacto-ovo vegetarian menu that includes traditional Seventh-day Adventist recipes and a variety of other cuisines. The daily menu includes made-to-order breakfast options, veggie burgers, and pizza. A fresh salad bar, fruit, and a selection of "Grab and Go" items are also available.
Purchase discounts apply to those who provide a valid ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ Student ID, an ²ÝÁñÊÓƵH Employee ID, or a JUST for SENIORS 55+ Club membership card.

Faculty Dining Room (FDR)
FDR is one of the campus’ hidden treasures. This eatery is located on the 2nd level of Coleman Pavilion. Fresh, healthy, and delicious vegetarian dishes, are a daily offering. This facility is perfect for lunch meetings and small group gatherings. Online is now available!
