²ÝÁñÊÓƵ (²ÝÁñÊÓƵH), a nonprofit religious corporation in Loma Linda, California, is the umbrella organization for its core and affiliate organizations:
²ÝÁñÊÓƵH serves the Seventh-day Adventist Church in its mission "to make man whole" physically, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. The global purpose of the organization is to continue Christ's healing and teaching ministry. This is accomplished through education of healthcare professionals, scholars, and scientists, through delivery of healthcare, and through research.
²ÝÁñÊÓƵ was created on March 27, 1997, when the constituency of Adventist Health System, Loma Linda met and voted to change its name to ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ Adventist Health Sciences Center.
The constituency also voted to change the bylaws making ²ÝÁñÊÓƵAHSC (pronounced "lew-ask") the corporate member for ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ, as well as ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ Medical Center. On March 30, 1997, the ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ constituency met to change the bylaws of the University to reflect the new corporate membership relationship with ²ÝÁñÊÓƵAHSC
