Q: If an athlete has been rezoned to LCHS/LCMS by the school district, are they eligible to play next year, even if they already have an athletic record established at the athlete’s current school?
- A: Yes, under TSSAA rules, athletes that have been rezoned by their school district are eligible to play immediately, even if there is an already established athletic record at their current school.
Q: If an athlete goes to LCHS/LCMS out of zone as a result of the lottery and has an athletic record at their current school, will they be eligible to play at LCHS/LCMS next year?
