District Purchasing Guidelines
Items costing less than $500 may be purchased without a bid, however, any item or multiples of the same item purchased which exceeds $499 MUST have bids.
Items (single item or multiples of the same item) that cost between $500 and $10,000 must be purchased based on bids from a minimum of three vendors.
Items in excess of $10,000 require a formal Request for Quotes, or Request for Proposals.
